Bike stalled and now wont start???
Hi i was at doune today and was on my 09 ktm 250 sxf. Went great all day kicked first kick ran smooth everything was fine. Then i stalled it at a berm and now it just wont start. Doesnt even seem like it wants to. It has fuel, changed the plug. Its getting a spark but still no joy. Any help please to why this may be??

Ok iv Put it in a shop and they say its a bitnof a mystery. Pistons fine valve clearances are good valves themselfs are good. Timings spot on. Cdi unit is give a strong spark all electiral wires have good strong connection. This is a nightmare. Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you got a kill switch. Had the same problem with a Kx 65 few months back, it was a loose wire in the kill switch.

Yeag i disconnected the kill switch to see if it was sticking ect. Still nothing.

Its just got another end can on it two weeks ago so dont think that will be clogged up. Air blockage maybe iv not thought about that but where can it be blocked? In the airbox and the boot from
Airbox to carb? And breather pipes. The brether pipes are all clean with nothing clogging them
Up. As for fuel the carb is getting fuel iv tried flodding it turning off the tap
And leaning the bike over and fuel spills out. But would it still do that if the jets were blocked??

tilting bike over is just using ur overflow, plug should b wet if ur gettin fuel in but no firing. check air box, carb no slip out of postion in hosing/split rubbersetc..

It was losing compression The piston ring was jamming into the groove so new wossner piston kit and fired up perfect!!
